Garden Route
Say hello to Chivasso’s new Garden Route collection. For 2019/20’s seasonal colours, focus is increasingly on warm shades. Imagine a sunset over Africa’s savannah: Wonderful clay tones, warm nude and fiery reds and browns are colours inspired by African nature and culture. Fashion-oriented nude shades are interpreted as redder and less bluish. Furniture made of light wood or bamboo goes wonderfully well with these colours. Green is still the rage, and sets exciting accents when combined with teal. Lime and yellow shades turn any ordinary piece of furniture into a true trend piece. Also new this year: powdery mint. The soft shade is extremely elegant and goes perfectly with mid-century furniture and accessories. Our colour highlight this season is a surprising colour combination of atmospheric teal with magic purple or lipstick red. Step into an enchanting world and find your favourite for your own stylish living feeling.
Garden Route is a tribute to the lush flora, fauna and colours ofthis uniquely fascinating region and inspired us to create a selectionof expressive printed fabrics combined with minimalist upholsteryfabrics, which will give your home a new and exceptional look. Africa-inspired designs are translated into modern room-high decorative drapery and elegant graphic upholstery fabrics.
Linen colours radiate tranquillity and naturalness and also provide warmth and comfort in interior design. In addition, this natural colour is extremely uncomplicated, versatile, subtle and elegant in any living environment. We absolutely love this colour classic - and this season we are combining it with black in an elegant purist interior. In this way, the focus is on natural materials.
With the lime time colour story atmosphere comes to life - lime is a true mood maker! This vivid and clear shade of yellow has a vitalising and exotic character. The trend colour with the fruity name can be wonderfully combined with muted shades of grey and brilliant white. Those who like it a little more unusual can combine turquoise or all the new shades of green.
Our blue-green colour range spans teal to soft mint shades. Teal is a medium to deep blue-green colour with a timeless and elegant effect that can be used generously in your new home. Vintage furniture in mid-century style harmonise perfectly with the delicate colour mint - a calming shade with a cosy, subtle effect. To achieve more contrasting effects, try combinations with lipstick red, bordeaux or aubergine. Whether in fluffy chenille qualities or even natural linen threads, these new shades come into their own atmospherically.
Clay is an invigorating mixture of carmine, orange and brown pigments that lends warmth and a certain elegance to every home. This subtle hue reacts to changes in light throughout day; it gets darker and more comfortable as the sun sets. Combined with dark shades of red and strong orange or associated with light grey, clay has very modern looks.
