PROMOTING ALTERNATIVE MOBILITY OPTIONS

We offer our employees a range of mobility options and encourage alternatives to travelling by car. Our company sports group regularly takes part in the “Stadtradeln” cycling initiative in Bielefeld, motivating employees to use their bicycles for everyday journeys.

Through our JobRad scheme, we support employees who wish to cycle to work. We also encourage the use of public transport by covering up to 100% of commuting costs. With these initiatives, we aim to provide our employees with a variety of commuting options and make it easier for them to choose alternative modes of transport.
